Our inspector, Ed Seltenreich, has spent 30 Years, both working from within municipal building departments and privately, improving his knowledge and inspecting skills. Ed holds the highest form of licensing  available for electrical inspectors as a nationally recognized Certified Master Inspector.  His knowledge of building techniques and codes along with his dedication and passion for continuing education add to his skill as a Home Inspector.  He is proud of his membership with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Ed has lifelong experience with the building industry and a personal passion for increasing his knowledge.
